THE 3RD ANNUAL WEDDING SHOWCASE!

We are popping-up some of Kansas City’s most unique & creative wedding vendors Sunday, March 31st from 10-4 at one of KC’s top wedding venues, the historic Alexander Majors Barn & Grounds!.  We are looking for photographers, caterers, florists, bartenders, jewelers, and invitation, dress and accessory designers who want to meet with brides & grooms and show them how you’ll but the perfect, unique touch on their special day.

THE 5TH ANNUAL SPRING SWING!

Saturday, May 11th from 10-6 at the historic Alexander Majors Barn & Grounds at 8201 State Line Road!  Mark your calendars for this festive weekend.  This year, we’ll have food trucks, live music, DIY classes (more info to come on that soon) & more than 100 of  the best makers in the Midwest.  We also are cooking something up for the eve of Friday, May 10th so keep a look out for updates!

WICHITA RIVERFEST POP-UP!

Wichita Riverfest is in it’s 48th year celebrating community.  From the beginning, as part of the City’s Centennial celebration in 1970, the goal was to bring the entire community together, to build community pride and focus on Wichita’s beautiful natural resource, the Arkansas River.   Last year, more than 450,000 attended the week-long celebration!  This year, we’re taking The Swing indoors to Century II’s Exhibition Hall and will be popping-up during Riverfest on: SATURDAY & SUNDAY, JUNE 1st & 2nd from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Because we receive many more applications than we can accept and to keep the items offered at the fair within our quality standards, every fair is juried.  The application fee or jurying fee covers the expenses associated with jurying candidates, as well as the administrative costs of processing applications and approvals, etc.   Application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.  More info can be found in the application.  Booth fees are refunded if you notify us 8 weeks before the event.  If you notify us up to 4 weeks before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of your booth fee.  After 4 weeks, there will be no issue refunded.
